The location was very spacious and it HAS alot of parking. The breakfast was great, it HAD a lot of variety and fresh options available. The staff were friendly, and were helpful with directions.
The room smelled like strong cleaner. The bathroom floor was wet, I found this bothersome. The TV remote had low battery, irritating.

efficient receptionist super clean room good breakfast unwelcoming staff noisy location weak shower
i found the receptionist very efficient at check in. my standard twin room hot was really super clean. breakfast was also good with a lot of choice.
the staff weren't exactly beaming with happiness. i asked for a quiet room and it was near the lift. the shower pressure was a bit weak, i would have preferred it more forceful.

friendly staff high standards
staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very comfy and tidy. The hotel maintains high standards. It was good to know these standards were kept. Breakfast had many options with plenty to eat.
the bed was very hard. The bathroom was outdated. The water pressure in the shower was weak. I would prefer stronger water pressure.

Really good Stay

super clean rooms friendly staff
The staff was cute. The location suited our needs well and the rooms were super clean. I also found the complimentary breakfast to be wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I did find sweet wrappers near the bed on the floor. The body wash and shampoo in my room were also empty. I noticed long black hairs in the shower.
